• Forms will be available in the college office from 1st July onwards or can be downloaded from our website.<\/li>
• Candidate should apply by filling the application form for Rs. 300\/- (GNM) either by cash payment or DD in favour of Principal KLES Institute of nursing sciences payable at Hubli.<\/li>
• Documents required during the time of admissions are as follows:
  • S.S.L.C\/X Standard Marks Cards (Original+ 3 attested copies ).<\/li>
  • Passport size photo.<\/li>
  • Adhar Card, Caste & Income certificate.<\/li>
  • IInd PUC\/XII Standard Marks Cards (Original+ 3 attested copies ).<\/li><\/ul>
    • Migration Certificate (Original+ 3 attested copies ).<\/li>

               Examination<\/h4>\r\n

               1. Students shall have a board examination at the end of each year. Minimum pass marks shall be 50% in each of the theory and practical separately.<\/li>\r\n
               2. Class tests will be conducted periodically to evaluate the student's performance in each subject. The average marks will be sent to the board as internal assessment, for both theory and practical.<\/li>\r\n
               3. A model exam will be conducted before the board examination.<\/li>\r\n
               4. Carry-over system:<\/strong> The benefit of the carry-over system is extended to the students of the Diploma Nursing course. The candidates shall complete all the subjects of the first year before appearing for third-year examinations and all the subjects of the second year before appearing for the fourth-year examination.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
